This apartment complex is very pleasant and safe with good maintenance and good management. Our only complaint was that at times it could be hard to have more emotional conversations, as the lease is often brought up in response to an emotional situation. HOWEVER, each of our issues were our own business and not the fault of the apartment, it would just have been nice to have a little more sympathy from the complex sometimes. The other complaint is that sometimes depending on who helps you in the office, you may get different answers for questions, which is very typical for any job but can be frustrating at times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience living at the Elevation apartments. The staff was amazing and you could tell they are all really awesome people.

My move was very simple with Christine. She is a wonderful person to work with. I love the apartment, which just right for a single person, with 2 bdrm 2 bath. The amenities are great and I have never had a valet trash pickup ever! Maintenance could improve, as they came in, they didn't completely address the inspection list I created before moving in, but I am sure Elevation will address it ASAP! if not, ASAP!!!!

Our experience at Elevation so far has been exemplary. We leased our apartment with Christine; she was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. They fixed all concerns within 24 hours!!! That’s the best apartment maintenance experience that we’ve had in Flagstaff!! This move in process was so easy and I was able to get a holiday deal too! The complex is beautiful and has so many perks! Beautiful pool and hot tub, grills, playground, dog park (I don't have pets but it's useful), covered parking, and beautiful units too! Open concept, updated appliances, plenty of space. I love this upgrade for my family and I. Next upgrade: house. Thank you to the awesome staff for helping me out with the move in process and making it easy! Definitely will renew when the time comes! Elevation apartments are the best apartments In flagstaff! The staff in the front office are so sweet and helpful when signing a lease they make the process very easy. We were welcomed with a cute little welcome basket on the day we moved it. There are so many amazing amenities provided for the community here, like a heated pool, and a yoga studio. The apartments themselves are fully remodeled and have in unit washer and dryers along with a dishwasher and it’s a blessing. I would recommend these apartments to anyone 10/10.

Been living out here about 6 months now. Upon move in, we had very minor things that weren’t necessarily done as I was a quick move in which happened in about a week (super fast move in). Management immediately addressed these issues which to me were very small things, and was super apologetic. That showed me day one, the care they have for their tenants. Not only that, but I’ve driven by office multiple times and have seen office management personally picking up rocks to put them back where they belong. That may be simple, but stands out to me showing that management is truly invested into ensuring high quality, luxury atmosphere at all times.

The amenities are fairly nice except for when gym equipment is broken, the staff is very responsive, the grounds are kept very clean and the apartments themselves are really nice. I moved in beginning of Jan 2023. I had an issue with my parking spot location during the winter and they remedied it quickly which made my stay so much easier. I had a perishable food product accidentally delivered to the Amazon locker and couldn’t get to it since I was out of the country but the office staff not only retrieved it, the put it in my fridge for me. Another resident was rudely parking his truck in both my spot and his but the staff quickly spoke to the tenant for me ,since I never saw them, and remedied it . Any issue Ive have, the office staff quickly fixes it. Maintenance makes emergency calls and promptly fixes any issues in the apt. 10/10 experience here. Great place to live.

I've been living here for about 6 months and I can't complain at all. The complex is definitely the best in town. Everything is clean, organized and you will get everything you need. Management is incredible. Every time I needed them I would always get the fastest answer back and my problem solved. I 100% recommend Elevation Apartments as new home choice. The location is also really good, you can walk to groceries stores, bus stop, restaurants, movie theater and the mall. If you are looking for fair price, freedom to walk wherever you need to go and an awesome community then Elevation is for you!!!!!

We have lived here for almost 2 full years now and it has been nothing but great! There is a ton of parking available which is always a hard thing to find in most flagstaff apartments. Christine has been so helpful and is always willing to go above and beyond for the tenants! Would definitely recommend to others! We plan on staying at these apartments for the rest of our time in flagstaff!

We moved here this past March, 2023 and we have loved it thus far. Very convenient location with all amenities within walking distance. There is even a trampoline park right across the street at the Flagstaff Mall. The views of Mt Elden are spectacular, and everyone in the office is very helpful. Maintenance has always been very responsive and we never go waiting for service. We love calling Elevation our home!

Kudos to the property management and company. This complex compared to all other places I’ve lived is by far the best! Maintenance requests are always completed the next day. The apartments are kept updated, grounds are kept clean, the area is conveniently near shopping areas, and it’s in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise.

Lived here for 2 years. My experience with this complex has been one of the greatest in Flagstaff. From the parking spaces to the quality/lay out of the apartments. The apartment style is what sold me, the uniqueness of the angled living room & rooms gave that luxury vibe. The square footage of the whole apartment is uncommon. Neighbors are very nice and keep to themselves. A spacious complex that isn’t crammed. Love it so much! Not to mention the year around heated pool & spa. Everything is just a walking distance! (Mall, Theaters, Grocery Store, Trails, Etc.)

I moved into these apartments from a house in Texas. I never got to see them in person prior to my move-in date. Christine, the assistant manager, was so extremely helpful during this process. She took pictures and videos of the apartment for me to be able to see the natural light in the units. She went above and beyond to ensure this space would be a great fit for me. When I arrived to the apartment, she did the walk through with me to make sure everything was working and up to standards. There were some small issues that were quickly resolved by maintenance right when in moved in. Everyone has been so helpful! The apartments are on a quaint side of time and have beautiful views of the mountain.

I've been a resident here for almost 4 years and been through a few management and maintenance personnel changes - not all good until now. My water heater went out late at night leaving me with no hot water or heat. I called the emergency maintenance line which was answered by Sam. He was super helpful, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the noises and water leaking from the heater. He even offered to bring me a space heater to make sure I was warm until morning when the water heater could be repaired. The water heater was repaired and everything cleaned up by early afternoon the next day. Many thanks to Sam, Shelby and Rae!

The manager here is the best one in three years that we have had! I saw some reviews of ppl complaining about the construction work that's going on, but these things are essential to the upkeep of apartment buildings. You would be doing the same things on a home. There's always going to be issues with stuff when it comes to apartment living, and ppl need to realize that many issues come from regional and home offices which are usually located across the USA, so they aren't even here. The employees at the local office can only do so much, and they only have so much leeway. Employees coming and going are completely normal in this business, as I have seen for over 35 years. As far as what you get back when moving out, that's a home office decision and the lovely ppl at the office here have no control over that. Be kind, and have some patience and understanding before you just go and leave a bad review. Upgrades, and other fixes are only approved by the owners, why dont you try complaining to them instead. Personally I have enjoyed living here for three years, going on four and hope for five. Keep up the good work! 🥰👍

We have only lived here for 10 months but have nothing but good things to say! We didn’t have problems with the previous management but the new management appears more community focused and plans fun things for the complex. This week they brought a Taco Truck for us and it was a great way to end the week! Units are super nice and clean when moving in, maintenance requests are easy and efficiently taken care of, and management is always there to answer questions and concerns. Winter time was no problem, driveways were always taken care of, plowed and sidewalks deiced. Plus, we have a beautiful view of the peaks!

There are many good things to say about Elevation Apartments, but I want to spotlight the head of Maintenance, Mohammad Karim. We recently moved into an apartment here at Elevation and had a problem with the water heater. Mohammad quickly came personally to our apartment and listened to our description of the problem. He explained thoroughly what was wrong, and how it would be fixed. Now, in spite of our recent three foot snowstorm, it is fixed and running smoothly. Mohammad is conscientious, quick to understand, and dependable. He follows up on what he says he will do. We are happy and fortunate that he and his team are here at Elevation Apartments. Great hiking just across the street too, perfect place if you have a dog there is a super large dog park and walking paths throughout the community with a lot of grass. Maitnence is outstanding! Specifically Lorenzo. Since the day I have moved in he has gone above and beyond with helping me with work orders and anything else I needed assistance with. In past places I have rented I have had to call multiple times and wait extended periods of time for things to be completed and that is not the case here. He always comes when he says he is going to, great communication, and I have never had to wait more than a couple days for things to be completed. This is very rare to find with my past experiences renting. The office usually always answers their phone or promptly returns my calls and is always there for assistance. This makes a tremendous impact on my living experience here and I am very thankful. Highly recommended this place!

The new property management company that took over recently is great. The previous managemeny company, which was replaced, was poor. But let's look ahead to this new, exciting relationship with a forget that old, forgettable relationship with MEB. The new office staff and maintenance team are great. Lorenzo and Jeremiah have taken great care of us. Jeremiah is always in the office, ready to help. Lorenzo can fix anything and provided customer service that could have been video recorded and used to successfully, teach a hospitality course. I hope this new company continues to impress me. They have set a high bar for themselves already.

My family has lived at Elevation Apartments for 5 years now. I am writing this review as a farewell, and thank you, to the property management team at Elevation Apartments. The management team has been very good to us over the years. Our favorite things: -The apartment's have a neat layout. The rooms have unique shapes. Some apartments feel like you are living in a literal box. You don't get that feeling living there due to the square footage and shape. -We loved going to the pool during the summer. I am Alaskan and don't do well in the heat so the pool became a little oasis to frequent during the hot summer months. It was remodeled recently too. It looks like a pool area for a nice hotel. I'll be straightforward, yes, sometimes the pool was too crowded. But 9/10 times if we went to the pool there was plenty of space, and frequently, the kids and I would have the pool to ourselves for a couple hours. Which was awesome! -We have been especially impressed with the professionalism they have continued to demonstrate, even as we end our tenancy. We enjoyed a mutually respectful relationship throughout our time there. They treated us fairly, and we treated them fairly. I highly recommend living at Elevation. It was perfect for us during that time of our lives. Thank you Elevation team, And a special thanks to Rae, the property manager, who has been there since nearly the beginning! You Rock! This place has great staff, but one person in particular goes ABOVE & BEYOND. His name is Lorenzo and is their Maintenance Guy. Since day one this young man was not only kind, but he helped with request that were just so kind and so greatly appreciated. This is one employee I hope they recognize a lot. The property has a new management company that is doing preventative maintenace and fixing many long standing problems. Lorenzo is top notch! He has replaced lights, fixed the water heater and is so helpful! We can also pay our montly rent online which is also very convenient. The only suggestion is to open the gym 24/7 and make sure the residents disinfect after themselves.

I'm updating this review. I won't go into the mess that happened in July and how it impacted me. All that matters is after months of being promised it was going to be fixed, Khristopher this month stepped in and fixed it. I sent him an email in the evening when I logged on and couldn't pay my rent, Christopher responded and within the hour an issue that I was told for MONTHS would be resolved was fixed on the same day. Khristopher, THANK YOU!!!! This is the 2nd time you have gone above and beyond to help me, your customer service is amazing. I hope you stay with apartment complex.

The leasing staff have been very helpful as we have moved into the complex. The apartment itself is very nice and everything works great! Our heat didn’t work the first night so when we told the office, they sent maintenance over and fixed it within an hour the next morning. We love the complex and are glad we moved in!

Elevation, managed by MEB, was a great experience during my 1 year, 9 month lease. The office staff were friendly, professional, had many events for residents including handing out breakfast by the gate. Maintenance work orders worked out well. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I utilized the gym on site and many times the main building entrance electronic door didn't open when I scanned the fob.

My time here at Elevation was very comfortable and it was a great experience. Living in the one bedroom apartment felt more like a home rather than an apartment due to how spacious it was and all the appliances Elevation has to offer in every unit. My roommate and I never had any issues while living here. The management team including Marie Diaz were always very helpful and kind when we had any questions. You will never not feel comfortable living here at Elevation.

This is one of the nicer apartment communities in Flagstaff! Me and my wife loved the location, close to Harkens, Safeway and hiking at Mt Elden. The community is very clean and well maintained, has a great pool and work out facility, and office with computer and printer for resident use. The current manager Stephanie is awesome and always super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been living here since Elevation Apartments opened up. We have seen many changes and managers. I have to say I absolutely love living at Elevation. Stephanie (Manager) and her crew are on top of things here at Elevation. Maintenance has really improved tremendously! A piece on top of my hot water heater ruptured. I called emergency maintenance and within 15 to 20 Minutes someone was out to look at the problem, and within the hour the problem was fixed. Bravo!!
